4.      The article is concerning a new policy in the university requiring all persons selling food in the university to attend a Food Safety Session before in order to prevent disease outbreaks.

5.      This new policy is important for students, faculty and staff of the university because this prevents the risk of food poisoning outbreaks.


6.      From my point of view this is an extraordinary new policy because food safety is a prevention that we always have to take in any food establishment or even in our own houses. As nutrition major, I’m always concerned about this problem. The preparation of food is always a thing that the majority of the people don’t take into account. It’s necessary to understand that we have to be responsible when we handle and prepare food in order to prevent and avoid any possible poisoning. This policy will not just help prevent any outbreak but will also help to educate individuals on food safety and make them be more aware of something that is not too important for them now. So let’s keep our food safe and our body away from any illness.
