2.    Category of problem: Dead trees on hike trails causing a hazard

3.    Level of problem: Local

4.    This article is concerning: A problem/issue that individuals/families face

5.    Importance/affect on families/individuals: This affect individuals because while they on these trails in Austin they could be seriously hurt just because the city of Austin will not take the time to clean up the dead trees.

6.    My input: I think especially since Austin is such a heath fit city that the city, itself should make its best effect to clean up all the trails in the city. I also think that the city should make sure they maintain all the trails, cut down dead trees and low limbs. I don’t think anyone living in the city should have to be worry about getting hurt just because they choice to go use a public trail for working out. However, I am sure the city has a lot more important things to do but maybe the city could get some volunteers to help maintain the trails. I think something needs to be done and fast before more people get hurt by dead trees that are falling.
