2.
Category of problem: Drinking and Driving
3.
Level of problem: Local
4.
This article concerns: A problem/issue that individuals/families
face
5.
Importance/affect on families/individuals:
The affect this has on families and individuals is that someone is their
community is driving around drunk and could killed another person or hurt
another person really bad. Also, it affect
families and individuals in the community by what is being done and what is not
being to someone that has so many DWI.
6.
My input: I personally think six DWI’s is
beyond way too many. I think after the first DWI the person should have learned
their lesson but six DWI. Why and how does this lady even have a driver’s
license after five DWI. I think after the third DWI a person should have their
license taken away for a while if not forever. I don’t think there is any
reason for drinking and driving, there are so many other options a person can
take besides getting behind the wheel of a car. I also think that are system
needs to come up with a way to help people with more than one DWI and come up
with a solid law that basically spells out the sentence for each DWI because I
feel that a person sentences depends on the judge and especially what county a
person gets arrest in.
