Lawsuit filed to block Texas abortion law

 2.     Women health organizations filed suit to block Texas’ abortion regulations

 3.  State Level

 4.     A potential policy change that affects all women and families

 5.      Women health organization groups and abortion-rights groups from all over the USA filed suit against the House Bill 2 which includes tighter regulation of abortion-inducing drugs and a requirement that doctors gain admitting privileges to a nearby hospital.  This law was to go into effect on October 29, 2013.

 6.      This law being put in place will shut down many abortion clinics in the state of Texas. Being raised a very traditional Lutheran and hearing all my life of the horrors of abortion this brings about a ringing in my ear. The option of killing or keeping the baby should never be an option but what if a woman is sexually raped and becomes pregnant and then cannot get an abortion and has to look at her child and think about that traumatic event in her life. She could put up the kid up for adoption, there is always that option. My biggest issue is people using abortion clinics for recreational use when they weren’t responsible on their Friday night. I really have mixed views on the issue but if all else the mothers should have the kids and put them up for adoption if they do not have the capabilities to raise the children.
