4.    This article concerns: A problem/issue individuals/families face

5.    Importance/affect on families/individuals: The importance/affect on families/individuals is that foster care is supposed to be somewhere safe for the child not another unsafe place for the child.

6.    My input: I think there needs to be strictly rules to be a foster parent, along with every foster parent and children living in the house over the age of sixteen should have to go to classes once a year, that teach them how to handle foster children because most of them have been through so much already at such a young age. I honestly think there are those people that only do it for the money and not because they really want and those are the usually the people that end up hurting their foster child or children. I think one of the big rules in order to be a foster parent is the family should have to meet a certain income level because this way it would not allow those people who do it just for the money to be able to do it. Also, if the foster family/parent has one issue with child protection services all their foster children should be taken away from them and they should not be allow to me an foster family or parent anymore. It is so sad that things like this happen to child who are being taken from their families and are supposed to be put in a safe and loving environment.
