Medical Marijuana being tested for pestisides in OR

Level: State
Category: Medical Marijuana
Concerning: An enacted policy effecting families and individuals
This is important because it brings safety to those who are prescribed this drug for medicinal use.
My Views: I think that this enacted policy is a great thing. Because the FDA doesn’t regulate the medical marijuana industry, there is no sure way of knowing the exact safety. I hope that other State will follow that allow for this to be legal as well. Everyone know that pesticides used on the food we eat can lead to health issues down the road, so smoking and sometimes eating the product that has been spray will definitely do the same thing. I agree with what is said in the article that this marijuana is being used for medical purposes has very little regulations on it. With the different levels of THC in different kinds there should be regulations on which level is needed to help with their issues. I think that one day it will all be legal, saying one day I mean a long long long time from now. There will be safe regulations just like any other prescription given to the patient.
