This article is about Muncie Community School Districts in Indiana to prevent and stop bullying. It protects the student and the staff, from the teachers to the cafeteria workers.

The State of Indiana made it a law to take action in the accounts of bullying being reported. I think this is an amazing idea and hopefully will allow kids who are scared to reach out about acts of bullying against them and can prevent so much long term damage to themselves. We hear all the time about students who don't reach out about their bullies and it only gets worse. I went to a small school and bullying wasn't a prevalent problem but it was around. What might seem to be all fun and games to one person, it could be very hurtful to the other side and cause them to hate themselves for what this bully has done to them. Bullies only do one thing and that is put other people down and they are not sorry for it or feel any remorse. They don't care if you are sad they only care that you do not tell anyone about them hurting you or they will hurt you more. With an anonymous outreach for bullying hopefully more students and staff will reach out about their bullies.
