1.    Martin, G. (2013 October, 8). Several lawmakers arrested in Capitol Hill protest. The Houston Chronicle. Retrieved from http://blog.chron.com/txpotomac/2013/10/rep-al-green-one-of-several-lawmakers-arrested-in-capitol-hill-protest/?cmpid=hpbn
2.    Category of Problem: Comprehensive Immigration Reform Bill
3.    Level of Problem: National
4.    Article Concerns: Representatives were arrested at Capitol Hill for protesting the Comprehensive Immigration Reform Bill.
5.    Affects individuals/families: This could potentially affect individuals and families who are living in this country illegally. This could allow illegal immigrants potential citizenship to our Country.

6.    My Concerns: I am still kind of neutral to this issue. On one hand I think that border control should be increased and that we should stop or make it harder for floods of immigrants to come into our Country. On the other hand I feel that the immigrants who have already been living here should have the opportunity to gain citizenship to our Country. While I feel that every individual should be able to have free speech and stand up for what they believe in, it makes me a little angry to see Representatives being arrested for protesting when we have a Government shutdown going on. This is an important issue but I feel that there are more important issues going on right now that need to be taken care of before this issue get resolved.
