The Article Concerns: Weather or not to get involved
and if we have allies that will back us if we do.
5.
This is important to families and individuals
because it has to do with whether or not we get involved in another war. This
specifically affects military families.
6.
My thoughts: I personally think that we
should stay out of it. We have our own problems going on in our own country
right now. We should be fixing our own problems rather than trying to fix
everyone else’s problems. I think that we “stick our nose” where it does not
belong sometimes which causes us to go to go deeper into debt and to go to war.
This directly affects the military families because it is their loved ones that
are fighting for our country. Why try and help a country that does not want to
be helped? Yes I believe to a certain extent that we should help those who
cannot help themselves but if we cannot even help people in our own country how
are we supposed to help people in another country?
I completely agree with you! I think the problem in Syria is much larger than we need to be getting involved with. I am all for us helping other countries in need but when we are told if we step foot in that country to help take down Syria there are other countries threatening to take charge against us. Why start another war while we are trying to get out of another one. The things in Syria that are happening do not effect our people, but they will be effected as soon as we try to do something about it. What ever happened to "World Peace"?!?!
