4. This
article concerns: A problem which families and individuals face who attend a university
or college.
5. Importance/affect
on families/individuals: This affects families and individuals by maybe making
college more affordable but also making people pay more.
6. My
views: This proposal in many ways could help lower college costs but at the
same time would make college students who are unable to attend a big university
with the highest rating will then have to pay more at a low rated college
because they will not receive the same financial aid. The price of college is outrageous
and for many people who graduate they are in debt for most of their adults
lives. This policy might help but for some who are having a hard time and are
going to night classes to get a secondary education might not get the same
financial aid that they would normally. The less fortunate seem to get the
short end of the stick.
