exercise=reduce risk of breast cancer

1. http://www.chicagotribune.com/health/sns-rt-us-walking-20131003,0,5650920.story

2. Daily waking could lead to reduced breast cancer.

3. national level.

4. A problem that families and or individuals face.

5. This is important to families and individuals because its adding to the fact that exercise leads to a reduced risk of contracting chronic diseases.Research showed that walking at a moderate pace 7 hours a week.

6. Exercise and its positive correlation to reduce chronic continues to prove this is the most proactive thing an individual can do to reduce their risk of chronic disease.  The fact that this study included a vast amount of women across a large age range were breast cancer is most prevalent, let it be known that people need to start taking more charge over their personal health. Though chronic diseases are not 100% preventable, being able to reduce one’s risk is makes quite a statement for how responsible we really are for our health. Since breast cancer continues to be a leading cause of death among millions of women this I feel offers some type of relief to those that are less physically active. I feel it also can provide a little bit of relief to those who wish to do more physically but do not have adequate time to get to a gym and do structured workouts. I feel  It also creates the desire to become more physically active knowing that moderate exercise reduces the risk of breast cancer. As more research continues to be done I hope people decide to take more charge of their own health instead of looking to point the finger at something due to them being negligent of their own health. More studies should be taken place over large groups a people to continually make progress of relieving the chronic diseases that affect our population ever day.
